Audrey Tautou
Audrey Tautou was born in Beaumont in France's Puy-de-Domme on August 9 1976 the youngest child of four. Since a young age, her dental surgeon parents and her teacher mother supported Audrey's love of drama and theater. It was this love that overshadowed her initial wish to become a primatologist. As a young woman, her rise to stardom was rapid and marked with the beginning of her success. When she graduated in 1998, her studies, she was able to be a part of Jeunes Premiers an French TV talent-scouting programme that was sponsored by Canal+. There she received the award for best Young Actress in Beziers Festival of Young Actors. The result was that she decided to begin her professional acting career. Tautou, who attended in the Institut Catholique de Paris in Paris when she was a kid and studied there at young age she has since renounced her Catholic upbringing. She now declares herself to be non-Catholic. Alongside her acting career, Tautou pursued modelling and was the face in the advertising campaign for L'Oreal Mont Blanc as well as Chanel. Apart from her acting work she also has an interest in photography. The actress recently showed some of her photographs in Arles Film Festival. Arles Film Festival under the title Superficial. Her photography is focused on famous people, the media and media who scrutinized her following her fame-making debut with Amelie. Additionally, there are several photographs that show herself. Audrey Tautou's worldwide success and fame soared after her appearance in the film as Amelie Poulain's lead lady in Le Fabuleux Destin in the film d'Amelie. She then moved to Hollywood and appeared alongside Tom Hanks alongside Ron Howard in The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown.
